The Ideas Lab is a program that assists entrepreneurs to better develop their concept and business model with the purpose of presenting it to the mLab SA panel for acceptance into the Accelerator program, finding additional support, resources or funding and applying to business incubators. The Ideas Lab allows aspiring mobile entrepreneurs two months to register a business and develop a mobile centric business plan with our assistance.
The Accelerator Lab: a program that focuses on the development of a public beta, prototype or market ready application. mLab SA provides capacity support to the entrepreneurs (founders) to productize their concepts. Founders get access to a shared working space, broadband, meeting and boardrooms as well as mentoring. The Accelerator Lab runs for four months.
The Launch Lab: once founders or members have a product mLab SA provides them with a platform to demo and publicly launch their application to an audience of investors, public and private sector partners and media with the aim of creating awareness around their business and potentially securing new clients or investment opportunities.
